Your new website, planned

Five design directions, plus the pages & content to rank on Google and get cited by AI

Your site today reads as a single page positioned "in the U.S." This plan turns Mater into a structured Metro Atlanta local-service website — the thing search engines and AI assistants can actually understand, index, and recommend. Start by picking a look below, then build out the pages.

Step 1 · Pick a look

Five homepage concepts

Each is a full, working homepage built with your logo and real team photos — drag the before/after sliders, toggle residential/commercial, and check a ZIP. Open any one to explore.

Concept 1 · Recommended

Fresh Navy & Aqua

Their top pick from your style guide. Split-screen hero, sparkle accents, yellow "Free Quote" CTA, full 3-step quote form.

Step 2 · Structure

The page map

Don't put every service on one page. Each service, each city, and each trust page gets its own URL — that's what lets you rank for "deep cleaning Marietta" or get cited when someone asks an AI "who does move-out cleaning near Roswell?"

City pages (Phase 1)

{{ p }}

Expand to 20+ cities + county hubs (Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb…) in Phase 2. Keep each genuinely local — never the same text with the city swapped.

Industry pages

{{ p }}

Realtors, property managers & Airbnb hosts drive recurring turnover work — prioritize these.

Trust & resources

{{ p }}

A blog answering real questions ("house cleaning cost in Atlanta?") feeds both SEO and AI answers.

Step 3 · Content

What every page needs

A consistent structure makes pages easy for customers to read and easy for search engines and AI to parse. Open with a direct answer to who / what / where / who-for / how-to-contact, then follow this order.

The opening paragraph formula

"Mater Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning throughout Metro Atlanta. Our insured team serves homeowners, renters, property managers, Realtors, offices and restaurants with one-time, recurring, deep-cleaning and customized plans. Call or text 678-516-9557 for a free quote."

FAQ blocks = AI fuel

Add 5–8 short Q&As (40–100 words each) to every service and city page — "How much does house cleaning cost in Metro Atlanta?", "Do you clean Airbnb properties?" Clear question-and-answer text is exactly what AI assistants quote.

!

Keep claims honest. Don't publish "+450 clients," "98% retention" or "5-star average" unless you can document them, and never post fake or placeholder reviews — Google actively enforces this. The concept mockups deliberately leave reviews and counters as clearly-marked samples for you to fill with real data.

Step 4 · Get found

SEO, GEO & AI optimization

Ranking on Google (SEO), showing up in local/map results (GEO), and getting recommended by AI assistants (AEO/GEO) all draw from the same foundation: clear structure, honest local signals, and machine-readable data.

Step 5 · Rollout

Build it in three phases

Don't launch hundreds of thin pages at once. Start with ~20 complete, original, trustworthy pages, confirm they're indexing and generating leads, then expand.

PHASE 1

Foundation (~20 pages)

Home, About, Contact, Quote, Reviews, the core residential & commercial services, and your first 4 city pages (Atlanta, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta).

PHASE 2

Local expansion

10–20 more city pages, county hub pages, additional commercial industries, the real-estate/turnover section, and a full FAQ center.

PHASE 3

Authority

Two useful articles a month, before/after galleries, local case studies, seasonal Atlanta guides, and downloadable checklists.

Next step: pick your concept

Open the five homepages above and tell me which direction feels like Mater. I'll refine that one and start building out the Phase-1 pages.
